NO OTHER BUSINESS may use the images produced by Cathy and David Photographers without the expressed permission of Cathy and David. This includes other photographers, DIY Albums (including Apple Books), or any other company. Copying images from this gallery is strictly forbidden. Printing images off of this online gallery or the blog is also strictly forbidden. If you wish a web version of an image to show on an online social program (i.e. facebook, myspace) please click the contact button and we'll be happy to send you one. If you find images available for ordering online outside of this gallery (i.e. shutterfly) please notify the person running the gallery that it is being done so illegally and notify the person who posted the images. All images ordered through the online proofing gallery will be touched up to the standards and discretion of Cathy and David Photographers. Any editing beyond basic touch ups will require a fee (i.e. removing a sign from the background, etc). Any images or products that are damaged in shipping will need to be sent back to Cathy and David Photographers to be re-ordered (at no charge). Cathy and David Photographers are not responsible for lost items.
